We kick things off with the gloriously simple 'Fuck It Meditation'. It’s perfect for beginners. it's light-hearted, low-pressure, and surprisingly effective at shutting down that noisy inner monologue. Once you’ve got the basics down and can say “fuck it” with serene confidence, we branch out.

From there, you can explore Western Mindfulness, perfect for calming chaos or delve into the rich, intricate practices of Buddhism. It’s a fun, enjoyable journey, more like learning to ride a bike than scaling Everest.
No gurus, no incense—just practical, accessible meditation tailored to fit your life and keep you coming back for more.

At Chill, we’ve spent years teaching people how to meditate, only to discover one undeniable truth: meditation is hard. Harder than assembling flat-pack furniture without instructions. Harder than convincing a teenager to put their phone down. Harder, even than resisting that third slice of cake. And yet, despite the difficulty the benefits of meditation are quite frankly miraculous.
So why don’t more people do it?

Because, let’s face it, traditional meditation often feels like being asked to run a marathon when you’ve only just found your trainers. It’s intimidating, a bit confusing and sometimes just downright boring. So we’ve taken the whole “sit still and do nothing” idea and turned it on its head.

Here at Chill, we believe meditation should be as straightforward as a good cup of tea. No chanting, no robes and definitely no lectures about chakras. Instead, we offer something delightfully practical, a 10-minute micro practice designed for real life. These are micro sessions are meditation’s gateway drug—simple, accessible and effective. Think of it as mindfulness for people who don’t think they’re the meditating type.

We start with a simple mantra: “Fuck it.” Stress at work? Fuck it. Kids screaming? Fuck it. Burned the toast? You get the idea. By saying these two glorious words, you’re instantly reminded of what truly matters (hint: it’s not the toast). From there, we help you build a habit. A quick, doable habit that might—just might—turn into a lifelong practice. And if it doesn’t? That’s okay too but if we can clear the first few hurdles we can then move onto the stuff you see on Japanese travel programs.​​​​

At Chill, we’re not here to make you into a monk or a guru. We’re just here to help you say “fuck it” to stress and “hello” to a life that feels a wee bit better.
