Chris Hoey ... A craft worth doing.

His training began in Thailand with a 10 year apprenticeship at the Wat Pho Traditional Medical School in Bangkok, one of historic centres of massage education.
He returned to Ireland in 1993 and has been running his own practice ever since. Over that time he has accumulated more than 81,000 hours of hands on practice working with thousands on clients.
His craft draws on both Eastern and Western approaches. These are simply tools in the tool kit.
Each session is shaped around the person on the bench and what their body presents on the day.
After more that 40 years in practice, he still sees massage the same way at the beginning.
A craft worth doing.
