A focused session, usually working on key areas such as the back, neck and shoulders. ideal when time is limited.

The most popular session. Enough time to work thoroughly through the whole body while still allowing space for deep relaxation.

A complete, unhurried reset session. With time to work carefully through the whole body and settle fully into the treatment.
