The Algorithms of Effective Massage

This course focuses on the underlying patterns that make massage work.

In many Western approaches, students learn techniques first. The result can feel inconsistent, like working without a clear method.

Traditional training in Asia takes a different route. It begins with simple, repeatable patterns… what you might think of as algorithms… which guide pressure, movement and decision-making. These patterns form the foundation of effective massage, yet they are not always taught directly. Once understood, the work becomes clearer, more structured and far more effective. For beginners, this provides a solid starting point… a way to learn massage properly and work confidently with friends, family or partners.

For experienced practitioners, these patterns refine the work, improve results and allow you to work more efficiently… often with less effort and more precision.
